The Soletes showcase the 125 best chefs in Spain, each selecting their favourite places. We are especially proud of this recognition as it comes from prominent culinary professionals.
Our nomination was made by Juan Carlos, one of the Michelin-starred Padrón brothers from the prestigious restaurant El Rincón de Juan Carlos. Being one of the most esteemed culinary experts nationally, this award is even more special for us.
