Terms and Conditions of the Venture Hospitality Group Monthly Prize Draw
1. Organiser
This prize draw is organised by Bianco 88 SL, hereinafter referred to as Venture Hospitality Group or the Organiser.
2. Purpose of the Prize Draw
The purpose of this prize draw is to thank customers who complete the survey sent after their visit to one of the restaurants within Venture Hospitality Group.
3. Prize
The prize consists of €250 in credit within the Venture Hospitality Group app, which may be used at the group’s participating restaurants.
The prize may not be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part.
4. Participation
The prize draw is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who correctly complete the survey during the relevant monthly prize draw period.
Only one entry per person per month will be permitted. In the event of duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent entries, or entries made with false information, the Organiser reserves the right to exclude them from the prize draw.
5. Duration of the Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place on a monthly basis. Each monthly draw will include surveys received between the 1st day and the last day of each calendar month, unless the Organiser expressly states a different participation period.
6. Selection of the Winner
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the relevant period.
The Organiser may also contact one or more reserve winners in the event that the initial winner does not respond within the established period.
7. Notification of the Prize
The winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided when completing the survey.
If the winner does not respond within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the date the notification is sent, they will be deemed to have waived the prize and the Organiser may select another winner.
8. Redemption of the Prize
Once the prize has been accepted, the €250 will be delivered as credit within the Venture Hospitality Group app.
The winner will have a maximum period of 6 months from the date the credit is issued to redeem it at the participating restaurants.
Once this period has expired, any unused credit will lose its validity and may not be claimed.
9. Voucher Terms of Use
The prize may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, special offers, promotional menus or active campaigns, unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.
The voucher or promotional credit may not be sold, assigned, transferred to third parties or exchanged for cash.
The prize must be used in accordance with the terms of use of the Venture Hospitality Group app and will be subject to availability at the participating restaurants.
10. Participating Restaurants
The prize may be used at the Venture Hospitality Group restaurants that are enabled within the app at the time of redemption.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify the list of participating restaurants for operational reasons, availability reasons or force majeure.
11. Liability
The Organiser shall not be liable for errors in the information provided by participants, for being unable to contact the winner by email, or for any technical issue beyond the Organiser’s control that may affect participation in the prize draw.
12. Data Protection
The personal data provided by participants will be processed by Bianco 88 SL for the purpose of managing participation in the prize draw, contacting the winner and delivering the prize.
The legal basis for the processing will be the participant’s voluntary participation in the prize draw and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by sending a request to marketing@venturegroup88.com, in accordance with the privacy policy available.
13. Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in the prize draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the prize draw for justified reasons, as well as to resolve any circumstance not covered by these terms and conditions.
