Rob has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry and has been instrumental in the gastronomic evolution of the Canary Islands Coming from a family with a strong tradition in hospitality, he has created more than 28 gastronomic concepts based on innovation, leadership and excellence in service, consolidating Venture Hospitality Group as a dynamic, high-quality benchmark.
